  • Free Shipping:
    • Free shipping is available on orders above INR 500 within India unless stated otherwise during promotions.

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within India.
    • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 3–5 business days.
  • Delays:
    • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times.

  • You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment status.

5. Order Issues

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@alliesfeed.gswa.in. Include your order ID and photos of the product.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Changes to Orders

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made if the item has not yet been shipped.

8. Non-Deliverable Packages

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package will not be re-shipped without additional shipping fees.
