  • You must have a valid payment method (e.g., UPI, or bank transfer) to complete your transaction.

2. Product Information

  • Product Descriptions:
    • Product descriptions provided by sellers are accurate and detailed. Review these descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
    • If you have questions about a product’s features, sizing, material, or any other information, contact the seller through the platform’s messaging system.
  • Images:
    • Images of the products should accurately reflect their appearance. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Purchase Process

Adding to Cart:

Select items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

Review the items in your cart and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding to checkout.

Checkout:

Complete the checkout process by providing accurate shipping information and selecting a payment method.

Confirm your order details and agree to the payment amount, including any applicable taxes and platform fees.

Payment:

To ensure secure and reliable transactions, we offer the following payment options:
1. Bank Transfer

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Note: At this time, we are not accepting direct UPI payments. This measure is in place to protect users from potential fraud when dealing with unverified sellers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Charges:
    • Shipping charges will be clearly stated at checkout. Review these charges before confirming your purchase.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Delivery times vary depending on the seller and your location. Check the estimated delivery time for each product before purchasing.
    • Sellers are expected to dispatch items within 2–3 business days after receiving an order.
  • Tracking Orders:
    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number if available. Use this number to track your order through the courier service’s tracking page.
  • Issues with Delivery:
    • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, contact the seller directly through the platform. If the seller cannot resolve the issue, contact AlliesFeed customer support.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Requests:
    • You can request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Contact the seller to initiate the return process. The seller will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (UPI or bank transfer).
    • Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received by the seller in its original condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a seller error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Hate Speech and Discrimination:
    • Do not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
    • Report any inappropriate content or behavior directly to AlliesFeed customer support.
